When labeling your products under the CLP Regulation, certain elements must be included to ensure compliance. These elements are:
- Name: Your name, or if registered as a business, your business name.
- Address and Telephone Number: This must be traceable and provide a way to contact you.
- Weight: This does not have to be on the CLP label but should be somewhere on your product.
- Product Identifiers: Clearly identify the product being labeled.
- Hazard Pictograms: Include these if they are triggered by the product's classification.
- Signal Word: Use this if it is triggered by the product's classification.
- Hazard Statements, Precautionary Statements, and Supplemental Information: Include these where applicable to convey necessary safety information.
