This listing is for custom GB CLP label printing using fragrance data at 100% concentration (neat fragrance oil). These labels are suitable only where the fragrance supplier provides appropriate CLP documentation at full concentration.

Common uses include:

  • Retail bottles of fragrance oil intended for sale to the general public

Availability note: Due to supplier restrictions, this service is limited to a small number of fragrance suppliers and approved fragrances.

How to Order

  1. Select your label size and material
  2. Choose your fragrance manufacturer and fragrance name
  3. Enter a custom fragrance name (if different from the supplier’s)
  4. Add any additional details (batch number, weight, UFI, etc.) if required
  5. Enter your business details (including building number, postcode and phone number)

Note: We print exactly what you submit. Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

Important Information

We only print manufacturer-provided CLP data. We do not modify, interpret or recalculate CLP classifications.

IFRA limitations still apply. Ensuring your intended use complies with IFRA requirements is the customer’s responsibility.

On smaller label sizes, non-mandatory precautionary statements may be omitted where necessary to maintain legibility.

We print GB CLP labels only. EU or NI CLP formats are not provided unless specifically supplied by you and supported by your fragrance supplier.

Before ordering: All labels are custom printed using customer-supplied information and fragrance supplier CLP data. Please check all details carefully before ordering, as custom-printed labels cannot be changed once produced.

How CLP personalisation works

Creating compliant CLP labels is simple. Each label is personalised using the information you provide, and formatted to meet UK CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) requirements.

What I do for you

• I generate a CLP layout based on your chosen fragrance, using the templates provided by your oil supplier.

• All required elements are included: hazard statements, warning statements, signal word, pictograms, and supplier details.

• Your business name and address are inserted exactly as provided.

• Text spacing, font size and layout are adjusted to keep the label clear, readable and compliant.

• Your business name and address (as it must appear on the label)

• Any additional information required for your specific product

How Compliance Works

Every fragrance has its own SDS, which determines what goes on the label. This means no two CLPs are guaranteed to look the same — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Your label will include (where applicable):

  • Hazard pictogram(s)
  • Signal word
  • Hazard statements
  • Precautionary statements
  • Allergens
  • Supplier name & address
  • UFI (if supplied)
  • Batch number (if supplied)

If a fragrance triggers no hazards or allergens, your label will correctly display only the information required for a non-hazardous product.

Small Label Clarification

Non-mandatory statements (e.g. secondary safety advice, optional extras) may be omitted on very small labels to keep text legible.

Mandatory CLP elements are never removed.
