Sticky Print Pixels
1. Overview
This website is operated by Sticky Print Pixels. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sticky Print Pixels.
We provide custom printed labels, stickers and related products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Business Use and Eligibility
Our products and services are intended primarily for business and professional use.

- You are purchasing in the course of a business, trade or profession; or
- You understand that the products are custom-made to your specifications and are not suitable for resale without appropriate legal compliance.
Where legally permitted, consumer cancellation rights do not apply to our custom products.
3. Our Role
Sticky Print Pixels operates strictly as a printing service provider.
We:
- Print exactly what is supplied or configured by the customer.
- Do not act as the legal manufacturer, distributor or “responsible person”.
- Do not verify or validate regulatory compliance.
- Do not provide legal, safety or compliance advice.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as professional, legal or regulatory advice.
4. Customer Responsibility for Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products you sell or distribute comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- GB CLP
- GPSR
- CPSR
- IFRA requirements
- Trading Standards guidance
- Any sector-specific or product-specific legislation
This responsibility includes, without limitation:
- Hazard classifications
- Warning statements
- Ingredient declarations
- Allergen disclosures
- Symbols, icons and layout requirements
- CLP pictogram sizing and placement
- Font size, readability and legibility
Any examples, blog content, guidance or visuals we provide are informational only and must not be relied upon as confirmation of compliance.
5. Artwork, Uploaded Content and Order Data
All products are printed exactly as supplied or configured by you.
You are fully responsible for:
- All text entered into customisation tools
- Spelling, grammar and wording
- Layout, sizing and positioning
- Uploaded artwork quality and resolution
- Suitability of the final design for your intended use
- The accuracy, legality and compliance of any customer-supplied regulatory or CLP content
Where customers upload or supply their own completed artwork files, product labels, CLP labels or print-ready designs, we print the artwork as supplied and do not manually review or verify:
- Font sizes or readability
- CLP compliance
- Pictogram sizing or placement
- Regulatory layout requirements
- Legal wording, classifications or hazard information
- The accuracy of customer-created CLP labels or templates
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork remains legible at the selected print size. Our general recommendation is that important text should not fall below 6pt, however final suitability and readability remain the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept liability for customer-supplied artwork containing text, symbols or pictograms that are too small, unclear, incorrect, misleading or non-compliant for the intended use.
This includes customer-created CLP labels, hazard information, warning statements, classifications and pictograms supplied for printing.
Any recommendations or guidance we provide regarding artwork setup or readability are informational only and do not constitute legal, regulatory or compliance approval.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
When you upload artwork, logos, images or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the intellectual property rights; or
- You have full permission or a valid licence to use the content for commercial printing.
Sticky Print Pixels does not verify copyright ownership, licensing or trademark rights.
You acknowledge that:
- We cannot reasonably determine whether uploaded content infringes third-party rights.
- We are entitled to rely entirely on your confirmation that you have permission to use the artwork.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sticky Print Pixels from any claims, losses or costs arising from:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Unauthorised or unlawful use of third-party intellectual property
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect infringement, without obligation to investigate or provide proof.
7. Previews and Proofs
Where available, on-screen previews are provided to help visualise your order.
Important:
- Previews are representations only, not proofs.
- Colours, scale and placement may vary slightly when printed.
- Not all products include previews.
- We do not provide manual proofing services.
All orders proceed directly to production based solely on the information you submit.
If you require reassurance before committing to a larger order, we recommend purchasing a small quantity first.

We reserve the right to:

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

All products are custom-made and produced specifically to your specifications.
Accordingly:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

10. Refused Deliveries and Returned Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout and for accepting delivery of their order.
Where a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer, the customer remains responsible for all shipping and return costs incurred.
Refusing delivery does not cancel an order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a returned parcel is successfully received back by us and the customer requests re-dispatch, additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is resent.
Some courier services may dispose of undeliverable or refused parcels rather than return them to us. Where this occurs, no refund, replacement or compensation will be provided.
For custom-made and personalised products, cancellation rights do not apply once production has commenced.
11. Colour, Materials and Variations
We make every effort to display products accurately, however:
- Screen colours vary between devices.
- Printed results vary depending on materials and substrates.
- Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
12. Label Adhesion, Surface Compatibility and Customer Testing
Label performance can vary significantly depending on the surface, coating, material, texture, shape and environmental conditions to which a label is applied.
Sticky Print Pixels does not guarantee that any label material will adhere satisfactorily to every surface or application.
Examples of surfaces that may present adhesion challenges include, but are not limited to:
- Certain plastics
- Low surface energy materials
- Silicone-coated surfaces
- Textured or powder-coated surfaces
- Curved or irregularly shaped containers
- Oily, waxed or contaminated surfaces
- Metal, glass or plastic products with specialist coatings or finishes
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a label material is suitable for their intended application.
Where a customer is applying labels to a new product, container or surface, we strongly recommend purchasing a small quantity for testing before placing larger orders.
By purchasing labels from us, you acknowledge that you have either tested the label material on your intended surface or accepted responsibility for assessing its suitability.
We accept no liability for labels that fail to adhere, lift, peel, bubble, wrinkle, detach or otherwise perform unsatisfactorily due to the characteristics of the customer’s chosen surface, container, coating, finish, storage conditions or application method.
Adhesion-related issues arising from untested surfaces, incompatible materials or unsuitable application conditions shall not be considered printing defects and do not qualify for refunds, replacements or reprints.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:
- Product recalls
- Enforcement or regulatory action
- Trading Standards involvement
- Fines, penalties or legal costs
- Loss of profits, sales or business reputation
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sticky Print Pixels from any claims, losses, damages or costs arising from:
- Content you supply
- Artwork you upload
- Regulatory or legal issues relating to your products
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Use of our labels on unsuitable, incompatible or untested surfaces
