SHIPPING

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services, including Tracked 24 where available.

All shipping charges cover a fully tracked and compensated service. Delivery confirmation may include photo evidence where provided by Royal Mail. This is to protect both us and our customers.

Processing and Dispatch Times

All orders are subject to processing and production times, which are separate from delivery times.

  • Our typical turnaround is 1–14 working days

  • Current lead times are always displayed on the homepage of our website and should be checked before ordering

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


Damage and Loss Claims

Please inspect your delivery promptly upon receipt.

Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us as soon as possible and no later than 80 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

This time limit reflects Royal Mail’s claims window. Claims submitted after this period cannot be pursued and will not be accepted.

Once a claim is approved by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Refused Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery, not collected, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where a parcel is successfully returned to us and the customer wishes the order to be resent, additional postage charges will apply before re-dispatch.

Please note that some courier services may dispose of undeliverable or refused parcels rather than return them. In these circumstances, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Refusing delivery does not cancel an order. This is especially important for personalised, custom printed, or made-to-order items, which are exempt from cancellation rights once production has begun.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed

  • Processing time still applies even when using expedited shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an item has been dispatched
