1. CLP Templates
   - This listing provides CLP labels according to your fragrance oil supplier’s template. This includes the CLP aspect only, no GPSR safety info is included.
   - Check whether your supplier’s template applies to Augeo or a non-hazardous base before purchase. 
   
2. IFRA Compliance
   - It is your responsibility to review the supplier’s IFRA Conformity Certificate to verify safe usage percentages in diffusers or related products.

3. Refund Policy
   - If your fragrance supplier does not have a CLP template available on their website, we will not issue a refund for that specific scent.
4. Accuracy & Spelling
   - All details and spelling you provide will be printed on your custom labels.
   - Labels are printed based on the information you provide, and cannot be altered once your order is placed.
5. Regulations & Limitations
   - We only produce labels conforming to GB CLP Regulation (retained Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008).
   - We do not produce NI or EU CLP-compliant labels unless specifically requested, and only if your oil supplier provides an EU template.
   - You are responsible for ensuring your business details align with GB CLP guidance.
