How to Order

CLP Data

We print manufacturer-provided CLP data only. CLP information is printed exactly as supplied; we do not modify, interpret or recalculate classifications.

Extra Ingredients

If your product contains additional ingredients (for example sodium bicarbonate or mica), these must be entered in the “Extra Info” section at checkout.

Supplier Availability

If CLP data is not available for a selected fragrance, that fragrance will be refunded.

Note: For 64mm × 34mm and 70mm × 48mm labels only, generic safe-use statements are included where appropriate.

Before ordering: All labels are custom printed using customer-supplied information and fragrance supplier CLP data. Please check all details carefully before ordering, as custom-printed labels cannot be changed once produced.

How Compliance Works

Every fragrance has its own SDS, which determines what goes on the label. This means no two CLPs are guaranteed to look the same — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Your label will include (where applicable):

  • Hazard pictogram(s)
  • Signal word
  • Hazard statements
  • Precautionary statements
  • Allergens
  • Supplier name & address
  • UFI (if supplied)
  • Batch number (if supplied)

If a fragrance triggers no hazards or allergens, your label will correctly display only the information required for a non-hazardous product.

Small Label Clarification

Non-mandatory statements (e.g. secondary safety advice, optional extras) may be omitted on very small labels to keep text legible.

Mandatory CLP elements are never removed.
