CLP Labels For Candles

CLP labels for candles with up to 10% fragrance content. (GB template version)

All fragrance titles will be printed in ARIAL UPPERCASE BOLD format.

Roll labels will be supplied either on rolls or folded strips depending on quantity and safest way to ship.

If your fragrance supplier does not have a CLP template accessible on their website, you will automatically be refunded for that scent upon order processing. 

All stickers are custom printed, so please ensure that all information provided is accurate, as mistakes cannot be corrected once your order has been placed. We only produce labels designed to meet GB CLP Regulation (retained Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) requirements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate business details in line with this guidance. Please note, we do not produce labels conforming to NI or EU CLP templates unless specifically requested, and your oil supplier provides an EU template

For smaller labels, non mandatory precautionary statements may be omitted. 

How to order

1. Select your labvel size and material
2. Select your fragrance manufacturer
3. Select your manufacturers fragrance name
4. Enter your Fragrance name (if different from the supplier name)
5. Choose upto 2 additional pictograms
6. Add any extra details such as weight, batch number or UFI number
7. Add your business details (building number, postcode and phone number are mandatory)

So which pictograms do I need for my candle?

Let's start with the pictograms that are mandatory across all candle products.

	General Warning Pictogram.
	Never leave a burning candle unattended
	Keep away from things that can catch fire.
	Keep away from children and pets.

These pictograms (with an exception of the yellow warning triangle) will automatically be printed on your labels by default. You may choose 2 more candle safety pictograms to go with these, see below:

Extra mandatory pictograms depending on candle type

	Use a heat resistant candleholder. Mandatory pictogram for PILLAR CANDLES
	Use in a suitable bowl filled with water. Mandatory pictogram for FLOATING CANDLES

OPTIONAL Pictograms

These pictograms are not mandatory.

	Trim wick to x cm. (x represents the maximum length of the wick)
	Keep candles at least x cm apart. (x represents the distance between candles)

Please fill in all details accurately. The spelling you use will be printed on your CLP labels.

• We gather all information required to complete your order from the oil suppliers. However, the clp template must be available on your suppliers website. Missing data will result in an item being refunded. 
• We have no affiliation with and are not selling on behalf of any fragrance supplier. The respective trademarks and intellectual property remain theirs.
• We accept no responsibility for inaccurate information in supplier CLP labels for wax melts documentation or labels printed. Suppliers often update their documents, we check for updates as regularly as possible but in event of us missing an update, we advise you check your labels against that of the supplier. It is ultimately your responsibility to check that your labels are correct.
• The labels we print are in GB format, not EU
