🛑 CLP Templates & Compliance

• We print CLP labels based on your fragrance supplier’s template.
• This includes CLP details only – GPSR safety info is not included.
• Ensure your supplier's template matches either Augeo or a non-hazardous base.

🛑 IFRA Compliance

• You must check the IFRA Conformity Certificate to verify safe usage percentages in diffusers.
• For help determining the correct IFRA class, visit our blog.

🛑 Refund Policy

• If your fragrance supplier does not provide a CLP template, we cannot issue a refund for that scent.
• Why? It takes significant admin time to locate and verify CLP templates. If a supplier’s template is unavailable, this time has already been spent, making refunds unfeasible.
• To avoid issues, please check with your fragrance supplier before ordering to ensure a GB CLP template is available.

• We print exactly what you submit – check all details before ordering.
• Once printed, labels cannot be changed.

🛑 Regulations & Limitations

• We only print GB CLP labels.
• NI & EU CLP templates are not provided unless requested provided by you and supported by your oil supplier.
