Important Information

⛔ Supplier Templates (CLP only)

We print CLP labels based on your fragrance supplier’s CLP template. This service covers CLP elements only. Any additional product safety requirements (such as GPSR information) are not included unless you provide the required content.

You must ensure the supplier template is appropriate for your product base (for example Augeo or a non-hazardous base), and for the product type you are selling.

⛔ IFRA Responsibility

You must check the IFRA Certificate of Conformity to confirm safe usage percentages for your product type. If you need help determining the correct IFRA class, please see our blog.

⛔ Template Availability (Refund Policy)

If your fragrance supplier does not provide a GB CLP template, we cannot offer a refund for that scent. This is because administrative time is spent sourcing and preparing supplier template data prior to print.

To avoid issues, please confirm with your fragrance supplier in advance that a GB CLP template is available.

⛔ Regulations & Limitations

We print GB CLP labels only. NI and EU CLP templates are not provided unless specifically supplied by you and supported by your fragrance supplier.

Creating compliant CLP labels is simple. Each label is personalised using the information you provide, and formatted to meet UK CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) requirements.

What I do for you

• I generate a CLP layout based on your chosen fragrance, using the templates provided by your oil supplier.

• All required elements are included: hazard statements, warning statements, signal word, pictograms, and supplier details.

• Your business name and address are inserted exactly as provided.

• Text spacing, font size and layout are adjusted to keep the label clear, readable and compliant.

How Compliance Works

Every fragrance has its own SDS, which determines what goes on the label. This means no two CLPs are guaranteed to look the same — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Your label will include (where applicable):

  • Hazard pictogram(s)
  • Signal word
  • Hazard statements
  • Precautionary statements
  • Allergens
  • Supplier name & address
  • UFI (if supplied)
  • Batch number (if supplied)

If a fragrance triggers no hazards or allergens, your label will correctly display only the information required for a non-hazardous product.

Small Label Clarification

Non-mandatory statements (e.g. secondary safety advice, optional extras) may be omitted on very small labels to keep text legible.

Mandatory CLP elements are never removed.
